I've put on weight since last summer because left gymnastics and I didn't exercise regularly. When I'm anxious or nervous I overeat so I quickly begin to gain wight and when's the most stressful time for me? yeah final exams season and after that norouz but I lose weight in spring and summer because they're the best time for cycling and running and also I've got more free time.
I have a serious problem with my digest system. I suffer from constipation(really SUFFER!) and it's making me nervous. I hope to get better from my bottom of my heart! It's driving me mad
